SVBONY SV550 APO 122mm F7 Triplet Apochromatic Refractor Telescope Bundle

The SV550 APO refractor is a compact refractor with a 122mm aperture, an f/7 focal ratio, and a 854mm focal length, making it a great travel telescope for astrophotography and observation. Weighing 6.44kg/14.18lb, the OTA is easy to carry when fitted into the carrying case.

The APO refractor features a 122mm aperture that gathers more light, offering clearer and more detailed images, suitable for deep sky photography and observation, and even for some fainter deep sky objects, thanks to its higher limiting magnitude.

Adopting a FPL-51 triplet apochromatic lens structure containing one piece of ED glass, the SV550 122mm provides better aberration correction and greatly reduces chromatic aberration, enhancing the clarity and sharpness of the images.

The dual-speed 2.5-inch toothed focuser has a gear ratio of 1:10, making it easy to achieve accurate focus. The dual-speed design offers fast and fine focusing through a set of co-axial knobs.

The 122mm fully multi-coated objective lens and the knife-edge baffle ensure high transmittance while reducing stray light, resulting in a brighter aperture and clear, sharp, high-contrast images.

Measuring 300mm in length, the dovetail is longer than most on the market, helping to maintain balance and providing more convenience during the adjustment process.

The entire tube rings have 26 screw holes, allowing for the installation of various equipment, such as a Smart WiFi device, guide scope, or astronomy camera, meeting diverse installation needs.

The SV165 Mini Guide Scope supports sensitive autoguiding cameras for easy guide star acquisition. The compact and highly sensitive 1.23-megapixel color camera with a 1/3" CMOS 1280x960 sensor is perfect for autoguiding or planetary imaging, featuring small 3.75-micron pixels, a high peak QE of 80%, and low read noise, enabling tight tracking of faint guide stars.

The telescope camera is compatible with mainstream autoguiding cameras, with 1.25-inch and M42 mount interfaces designed for compatibility with SV305 Pro, Orion, ZWO, QHY, and other autoguiding cameras (some camera models may require additional accessories to assist in focusing).
